Performance reviews shape development, promotions and pay. This five-day course teaches the practical skills needed to plan, run and follow up on review cycles. You will learn how to write behavior-based ratings, hold effective review conversations, calibrate decisions, and turn outcomes into development and pay actions. The focus is on repeatable tools and clearer, defensible decisions.
